FlexTimes plugin released!

Please try it out and let me know what you think. The code is not especially pretty, but it is functional, and I'll be fixing that as time goes by.
As I mentioned in my comment on the post announcing the plugin, you may put any string you want into the
flex_times plugin I recently mentioned is now available via SVN at:http://65.165.56.35/svn/flex_times/trunk

As I mentioned in my comment on the post announcing the plugin, you may put any string you want into the
:order array, along with the parameters you want to be able to modify (like :month, :day, :hour, etc.)
